Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is not an exact science and so,there are no guarantees made as to the results of such a service.  In treatment you may expect to review and discuss issues which are causing distress or discomfort to you or your family and ways of dealing with these issues.  Solutions are explored, but may not always be attainable.

Participation in treatment is voluntary, although you may be referred by an agency that requires that you participate in this program.  If you have been court ordered to treatment, you can refuse this treatment at any time and consult with the agency that has referred you.

If we are unable to provide the services you need, you may be referred to another resource for services that might better suit your needs.

Cancellations

Clients are expected to call 24 hrs. in advance to cancel appointments. You may be charged the full fee for your appointment if you do not call to cancel 24 hrs. in advance.

Court Proceedings

If your case requires any services due to court proceedings, including contact with collateral parties/attorneys, etc., review or copies of records, depositions, preparation for court, court appearance or any other related services, you will be asked to provide a retainer to cover the costs of these services.
